Reau operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Reau is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen, due to your device and its display settings.

Every Reau piece is individually crafted, and diamonds are individually sourced; as such, minor natural variations between the images shown and the finished piece may occur.

Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Reau reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until Reau confirms acceptance by email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

As all Reau pieces are made to order, please review your order carefully before submitting, including diamond specification, metal, and ring size, as we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once production has begun. If we are unable to accept, or need to cancel, your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping or handling charges.

We may, from time to time, run promotions governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and to promptly update it as needed so that we can process your order and contact you if necessary.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

As all Reau pieces are made to order, please allow the stated production time before dispatch. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, and designs, and the arrangement thereof, are owned by Reau, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

Reau's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Reau. You must not use these without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be given access to tools provided by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not control or monitor.

You acknowledge that such tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or endorsement from us. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools, which is entirely at your own risk. You should review the relevant third party's own terms before use.

Reau is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Reau. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Reau, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Reau.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK], which explains how we, and Shopify as our platform provider, collect, use, and protect your data, including in relation to the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
