Returns & Refunds

At Reau, every piece is made to order — individually sourced and hand-finished to your specifications, including stone, size, and metal. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Manufacturing Warranty

All Reau pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on gold and platinum jewellery. If you experience an issue with the craftsmanship of your piece, please contact us and we'll arrange a free repair.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@reaudiamonds.co.uk so we can assess the issue and put it right.

Resizing

We offer one complimentary resize within the first 12 months of your ring's completion (subject to design and metal type). Please note that during resizing, a small amount of metal is removed as part of the process and cannot be returned or retained.

Cancellations

As each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll confirm whether this is still possible.
