Shipping policy
Made to Order
Every Reau piece is created specifically for you — each diamond individually sourced and each ring hand-finished once your order is placed. Because of this, please allow 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. If your piece is needed by a particular date, please get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
Delivery
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped fully insured, via a tracked and signature-required courier service. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
- UK delivery: 1-2 business days from dispatch
Signature Required
Given the value of our pieces, all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Someone must be available to sign for your order, or arrange redelivery/collection with the courier directly.
