Soak your ring in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap for 10–15 minutes. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse well and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

We recommend a professional clean and check every 12–18 months to inspect the prongs, settings and metalwork and ensure everything remains secure and polished.

We recommend removing your ring when swimming (chlorine and salt water damage metals), applying lotions or perfumes, exercising or doing manual work, and sleeping if the setting has delicate prongs.

Store your ring in your REAU pouch or box, away from other jewellery to avoid scratching. Diamonds can scratch gold and platinum, so keeping pieces separate is important.

Yes — all precious metals scratch over time. Platinum simply moves rather than losing metal, creating a natural patina many clients love. We can re-polish your ring to its original finish at any time.

We offer a complimentary clean and inspection within the first year of purchase. Servicing, re-polishing and prong tightening are available after that at a small fee. Contact us to arrange.
